The Sugar Mill Restaurant is as historic as it is iconic. You will be overcome by a sense of awe as you enter the former Running Gut Estate. It is nestled in an alcove beside a 17th century water mill. You can feel the history within the existing walls that once served as the foundation of a sugar cane plantation dating back to 1676.
