Fees & Policies

Resort Fee

A Resort Fee of $30 per room, per night will be charged to guest bills for guests staying in rooms and suites.  The Resort Fee will be applicable for all new reservations.  The Resort Fee includes:

• Wireless internet service in all guest rooms and in public areas throughout the resort
• Use of computer lounge and business centre services
• In-room bottled water utilizing RockResorts' sustainable Water on the Rocks programme
• Use of water sports equipment (single & double kayaks, paddle boats and water lilos)
• Use of resort bicycles
• Local telephone calls
• Other services and amenities to enhance our guests' stay

Standard (February 9 - December 15)

Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the reservation is automatically charged at time of booking. Deposit policy is subject to change.             

Final Payment  
Final payment is due in full, less any deposits, 7 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at that time. Reservations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be automatically charged in full at the time the reservation is made.      

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is canceled inside of 7 days of arrival, all money received will be forfeited.    

Winter (December 16 - January 7)

Deposit
A deposit of 50% of reservation is automatically charged at time of booking.  Deposit policy is subject to change.

Final Payment
Final payment is due in full, less any deposits, October 1st and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at that time.  Reservations made inside October 1st will be automatically charged in full at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation
If a reservation is canceled after October 1st, all money received will be forfeited.

Royal Villa Policies

Standard (February 9 - December 15)

Deposit
A deposit of 50% of reservation is automatically charged at time of booking.  Deposit policy is subject to change.

Final Payment
Final payment is due in full, less any deposits, 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at that time.  Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be automatically charged in full at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation
If a reservation is canceled 100% of monies received can be used as a credit for a new reservation within 18-months of cancellation date.

Winter (December 16 - January 7)

Deposit
A deposit of 50% of reservation is automatically charged at time of booking.  Deposit policy is subject to change.

Final Payment
Final payment is due in full, less any deposits, October 1st and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at that time.  Reservations made inside October 1st will be automatically charged in full at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation
If a reservation is canceled after October 1st, all money received will be forfeited.

Children's Policy

Maximum age to qualify for child rate is 11 years. Children under 12 years stay free when sharing room with 2 or more adults. (Except December 20th – January 1st-US$60 per child per night). If one child shares with one adult then the double rate becomes applicable 50% discount on all meal plans for children under 12 years. No charge for children under 2 years.

Tax and Service 

• Service Charge: 15%
• National Government Tax: 10%
• Occupied Room Tax: US$4 per room, per night

General Information

• Check-in time after 3 p.m.
• Check-out time before 12 p.m.
• Late checkout is available on request.
• Rates are subject to change.
• Extra adult rate is available, US$100 Dec.15th - Apr.15th US$60 Apr. 16th – Dec. 14th
• The following are available on request
  • Adult rollaway - twin-sized bed 
  • Child rollaway - twin-sized bed 
  • Crib and bumpers
• Pets are not allowed.
