Oleander Terrace

The symphony of the Caribbean Sea adds to the magic of this beachfront location. Four different levels allow for four different stages of an event or transform the entire space for a dramatic occasion to remember.

Royal Pavilion

Offering the flexibility of a covered event space, looking out to an expansive lawn, surrounded by a picturesque pond with towering water features and majestic palms, the Royal Pavilion/Croquet Lawn is an ideal reception or dinner location. The LilyPond Gazebo adds to the dramatic scene creating a superb location for the ceremony easily flowing into the other festivities.

Sunrise Beach

Groups looking for a fun, casual venue will love our Beach Barbecue space on Sunrise Beach. Accommodating up to 500 people, the beach is an ideal locale for evening gatherings under the stars.

Sugar Mill

The elegant Sugar Mill Restaurant overlooks Half Moon’s beautiful golf course. The 200-year-old water wheel is the sentinel beside the restaurant, creating an intimate setting for events. The lawn at Sugar Mill can accommodate up to 144 people for dinner.

Cornwall Room

The 12,000 sq. ft. Cornwall Room has earned the distinction of being the venue of many prestigious and celebrated events. It is the ideal setting for a variety of functions. Conference Centre The 4,600 sq. ft. Conference Centre can accommodate up 250 persons for a banquet and 670 guests for a cocktail reception. Tastefully decorated with dramatic black and white tiles, high ceiling and an expansive stage - it is an ideal backdrop for a dramatic extravaganza.

Montego, Rose Hall, and St. James Rooms

Located above Half Moon’s shopping arcade, these recently renovated rooms are the perfect setting for intimate gatherings, accommodating up to 294 guests for special events.

Arcadia Rooms 1 & 2

Just off our lobby, these rooms can host up to 120 guests with private terraces overlooking the property and Half Moon’s breathtaking beach.

The Cottages

This is where it all began, the 10 white-washed cottages set on the western crescent-shaped bay, with picturesque tropical reds, greens and yellow all around. Here the original families held their own private events sharing memories around the poolside or having intimate parties with exquisite white-gloved service. Kings and Queens, luminaries and dignitaries have enjoyed the intimate, charming elegance of the West Cottages – John F. and Jacqueline Kennedy in 1960, Princess Margaret in 1962 and Queen Elizabeth II in 1994. Now you too can discover the magic of the West Cottage for your masterpiece. Ideal for cocktail receptions.

• Cottage 2 (Suites 138 and 139) – Garden Setting/Pool Capacity: 20 – 30 guests (ceremony and reception) 60 guests (reception only)

Oleander Lawn – Ocean Front

The expansive manicured lawn is situated on the oceanfront with a majestic view of the Caribbean Sea. Getting married on a warm beach, while gentle waves rush on the shore is a dream many people have. Capacity – 100 guests for ceremony and cocktail reception/reception only.

The Royal Villas

The ultimate in luxury, The Royal Villas at Half Moon offer the ideal alternative for intimate wedding events. Whether a formal wedding reception or a casual rehearsal celebration to bring friends and family together – The Royal Villas at Half Moon give the feel of an elegant event held in a luxurious, stately home. Best suited for ceremonies, receptions, dinners and brunches.

Villa Options Include: 

• Villa 94, 93 and 95 – Garden Setting Capacity: 50 guests at each villa
• Villa 97 and 98 – Garden Setting Capacity - 50 guests at each villa
• Villa 88 Lawn – Garden View Capacity: 60 guests
• Villa 99 – Ocean Front Capacity - 80 guests
• Villa 83,84,85 and 86 – Ocean Front Capacity – 100 guests for each villa

The Royal Court

Tucked in the tidy alcove of the whitewashed buildings fronted by white sand beach looking out to the Caribbean Sea, the Cottage at The Royal Court is an excellent venue in the middle of the resort, private pool and the beach is a feast for the eyes with its beautiful, lush landscaping and greenery.
